From a farm

in KITA-KARUIZAWA
“How is everyone doing?”
Every year, I gratefully receive summer
greetings from you,
and they always warm my heart.
Every time I receive a message,
this scenery comes to mind…
I’m sure the cows are working hard too,
and it reminds me of that,
and it motivates me to put my heart into
making delicious ice cream.

北軽井沢の牧場の皆さんから、
お元気ですかーっと、
毎年、ご丁寧に、ありがたく、
夏のご挨拶を戴きますが、
その度、温かいお声に、お言葉に、
この風景、絵が浮かび・・・
いつも、大変、癒やされいます。
きっと、牛さん達も、暑いなか、
頑張ってくれていることを感じ、
アイスクリーム作りに、
更に、気持ちが入ります！
